I love this awful community
I know a lot of the new players will get turned off by how toxic and awful some people can be here, and it's true. You can have some of the coolest, most genuinely kind people on here, or you you can get people who take VC as an opportunity to speedrun saying as many slurs and bigoted statements as possible.

That's just kind of the package deal with this game. If you are expecting a normal experience upon downloading this monstrosity, you wont get it.

Eh you cant find a non toxic community theres always someone terrible but i think theres more good people, i encounterd more nice Peps on this game than the toxic ones.

Man, I can only practice alien command with bots so much before I need to experience a real match but, god forbid I want the chance to learn. Seconds after I hopped into command I was vote kicked out of it because one guy convinced the whole team I didn't deserve to try

This guy is the king of being a piece of ♥♥♥♥ in this game, it's essentially his title. Bro gets vote kicked for racism in Ns2. That takes a skillful level of racism that I almost respect the audacity of.

I have met several awesome people on this game, and I've met plenty of c4nts. It's the way it goes.

The rookie servers tend to be less toxic, the people on them have less tolerance for outright ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-ishness and will quickly vote kick trolls most of the time. The grizzled veterans tend to congregate with the trolls on high skill servers.

And if one makes it onto the rookie server while you're on, there's always the almighty "Mute" button.

All the talk about scientific transphobia and racism cant beat the "Shut up" button lol. :steamsalty:

Nah it seems your more the dirty dukey nibbler kind of person, not a clean commander
