It's not dead, and Subnautica wouldn't exist without the first 2 NS games, so yw for that.

Also if S2 isn't couch coop/split screen then it's not even worth a buy anyway.

Theres usually a few servers, played today there was 2 full servers plus a half full one so about 50 or so players early in the afternoon. Plenty of people keeping this game alive if you want to as well.
