Or you can ask Chigurh to give all achievements at once in his own private server. Don't believe me? Look for Barlow.

To get skins you need play (or idle) 1,500 hours in matchmaking gamemode and get 500 wins. Its writeen in topic.

There's a reason: You can set up your own server, modify it to give you instant rewards. Chigurh knows.

There are plenty of servers. There are few people.
The price-performance-time ratio, the skins aren't worth it to me. The only thing to do is to join the modified one.
