Mods are deactivated every time after next game start...

It especially touches NS2 plus mod which gets deactivated every time the game starts and moreover its options reset to default settings which needed to be set again and again...

One addition:

Some settings in the vanilla game options are reset to default after game restart - for example "Show Hints" in Options/General are activated every time the game starts...
