Commander hotkeys don't work on uk dvorak keyboard layout.
When using the uk dvorak keyboard layout the custom hotkeys don't work.

I am also a Dvorak user and yes it does not work. NS2 devs please get on it!

A fix for this problem would be great.

Also it would be cool to be able to hold down shift. So as to place multiple buildings of the same type one after another.

Multiple input rebinding would be cool to have as well.
