Having a weird 3d effect in game
I just got NS2 yesterday and when I load it up and play it, I get this weird 3d effect in the game. I have screenshots but I do not know how to post the screenshots in here. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

I get weird black artifacts in the ready room but they don't seem to appear in game.

As for the ones in game I suspect that they are caused by alien vision when looking at high detail objects and narrow spaces.

My dad and I managed to fix the problem by uninstalling ns2, restarting the computer, and re-installing the game. after that, it was fixed so maybe try this

Are you using D3D9 or 11? If 11, I highly recommend switching back to 9 -- there are issues with 11.

Otherwise, a screenshot would be VERY useful to determine the issue. You can upload screenshots to a website such as https://imgur.com/ and post the link here.
