Game crashes

Game crashes whitout appearing any message on screen, i just click on play and then the game crashes whitout even opening the game window, i tried about the beta thing, also veryfing the game files and nothing.
I have 64bits or something CPU so i shouldnt have that update error that people talked about.
I just bought the game yesterday and still found no way to solve it, what should i do?

Please read the pinned tech support Readme post and generate a tech_support.zip. Upload given zip to a cloud drive of your choice and share the link here. That's the only way how we can figure out why the game is crashing for you.
