Dedicated Server not working

1. -file comand not working
2. sometimes the server crashes while starting
3. I can't use the console (- is not working)

Here are the starting commands
D:\Steam\cmd\Server\server.exe -limit 12 -password **** -name "********" -logdir "D:\Steam\cmd\Server\config\Logs"-config_path "D:\Steam\Cmd\Server\config" -modstorage "D:\Steam\cmd\Server\mods" -map ns2_tram

Hi,

2. and 3. are known issues at the latest build of win 10 and we are working on a fix for the upcoming update. The dedicated server should start fine after 3 tries.

I'll check out 1. as well later this week to see if it's a general issue.
