Everytime i start up ns2 the "you got the summer gorge badge" alert keeps popping up
it wont go away, i dont even have the badge in my inventory, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ help me please

Yeah, the issue should be resolved with the next build/patch.
You can personally verify that if you join the next public playtest that was announced in discord.

@here We'll be holding another public play test tomorrow, Wednesday at 1330 (1:30 pm) PDT / 2230 (10:30 pm) CEST, to play test adjustments that have been made based on the feedback provided last Saturday. If you didn't get a chance last time to test the changes and provide feedback, or you want to ensure your feedback was heard, tomorrow is the time!
