i have never breached 10 FPS on any team.

my rig:
CPU:2x Intel(R) Celeron(R) J1800 @ 2.41GHz with a Intel(R) HD Graphics.

i have no clue where to find all the drivers and what not? that whole 10 FPS shtick? i've gotten up to 9 FPS on the starting menu without anything playing in the background.

for instance i can see a skulk coming, dodge around and proceed to nipple on my rear. i can't move my mouse fast enough (yes i typed in 5 for mouse accel and only got 0.99) to actually turn and shoot at them.

so the only playable role is commander, and there can only be two. should i just uninstall and wait until i can own a new alienware (a company which makes computers specifically for gaming)?

note: TF2 runs fine at like 20-30 FPS maybe more.

Hi,

your current system does not meet the minimum requirements and thus sadly won't run ns2 decently (30+ fps) even on the lowest settings possible. I doubt you will be able to get more than 10-15 fps as your system is most likely limited by the single core performance of your cpu.

You can confirm that by entering r_stats into the console and see that it's waiting for the world update (cpu) and not gpu.
