The [Shine] Discord Bridge mod is required for joining what very few servers that are left to play the game. But for some reason something is broken and I cannot download it. It is listed as "unavailable" in my in-game mod list and nothing seems to get it unstuck.

Here's what I've tried so far:
- Unsubscribed from all mods in the workshop,
- Manually subscribed to the required mods for the servers
- Changed Steam download servers (twice)
- Uninstalled the game and deleted the remaining SteamData folder for the game then reinstalled.

It is still not working and it is always because of this specific mod that I don't even need.

What else is there to try short of trying to find the owners of the servers and politely ask them to drop the broken mod?
