I think the Switch version is not published by Degica so we probably won't get any answers here.

I searched for information using Google Translate and there is no official information about it on official Artdink site yet.

If they happen to port the game, I hope they make a decent mouse support instead of just trying to replace the touch screen with a mouse like this Classic version.
