I want change work mode when building
If possible, like Tropico 4, I would like to be able to change work mode when laying out buildings. I hope it's the following patch.

Me too. It's very annoying. It's easy to forget to set it when its built. I know you can copy an existing building, but you first need the existing building, and then you need to go find it to copy it.

Buddy this post is 2 years old and this game isn't gonna change in any meaningful way anymore.
