Is there a reason why you cannot relocate this police station to or build a new one in "the right place?"
While you could order all known criminals assassinated, I would not advise it; it's a lot of hassle (at least unless you're in the Modern Era and have a Drone Command on one of the more permissive work modes), it'll upset any surviving family members (potentially creating a rebel problem), and it won't deal with whatever underlying issues are causing your Tropicans to become criminals.
If you want to resolve your crime issues, you should do something to improve crime safety (e.g. build additional Police Stations), build some Prisons/Dungeons to allow you to arrest and reform criminals, and provide enough jobs with appropriate educational requirements to employ all working-age Tropicans. You may also need to do something about your educational pipeline if there is a mismatch between the educational requirements of available jobs and the education levels of unemployed Tropicans.
