Confused about mods???

Hi,

I'm confused about mods. I'm using a Mac in case this makes a difference.

I have a number of mods which I access via the mod.io button in the Tropico 6 app, This shows some mods and allows me to subscribe, installs them in Tropico and allows me to Enable or Disable them inside the game.

However, I look at https://mod.io/g/tropico-6 in a Browser, it shows a lot more mods and I can also subscribe to them, BUT they don't appear in the Tropico 6 game?

What's going on with this? How can I get these hidden mods to work with the game?

Hey LookToWindward,
Not all Mods created and uploaded to mod.io work on all Platforms. You can filter the ones which work on Mac in the Browser Version of mod.io too.

It started working, I think hitting the Check for Updates button cause them to be recognised by Steam

Hi,

I've been looking into this and it seems not all mods subscribed to with with mod.io account actually appear in the Steam/Tropico 6 game? "Fishing Ver 2" for instance is subscribed to in mod.io but doesn't appear in the game? Why is this?

I'm using a Mac if this makes any difference?
