Please send a message to our support at support@kalypsomedia.com and provide them with a detailed description of the issue, your full system information and attach a DxDiag.txt and a crash dump to the mail.
To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
- Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
- Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
- Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
- Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
- Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to support@kalypsomedia.com
You can find your crash dump here:- Windows: %USERPROFILE%/My Documents/My Games/Tropico6/Saved/Crashes
- Linux: $XDG_DATA_HOME/Tropico6/Saved/Crashes
- MacOS: $XDG_DATA_HOME/Tropico6/Saved/Crashes
