Have you even played this series before? Hippie and green themes have been part of it for over a decade. The Sunny Flowers character has been used since at least Tropico 3 and this isn't the first green themed DLC either.

On top of that green / hippie themes have nothing to do with woke, you aren't even making any sense when you intentionally confuse different concepts.

there's a story: we're going to steal the pyramid and others world monuments, so even if the building doesn't fit into the scenery, it's part of the game.
It's perfect with the irony portrayed in Tropico, which pokes fun at politicians who steal or copy monuments for their own glory or to attract tourists.
That fits perfectly with the style of tropico and el presidente.

I think you're getting Central America confused with the Caribbean. Central America is in Central America and has nothing to do with the Caribbean; other than the Caribbean borders it to the east.

When it comes to Holland have you never heard of the Dutch Caribbean ?

I also think you're confusing a windmill with a watermill which you will find in the Caribbean.

When it comes to the Caribbean you're not going to find a lot of "wokeness" there just like you won't find a lot of American culture there other than maybe a bit of American music culture and some kind of tourist culture if that's even a thing and both of those would mostly be on Jamaica and Haiti and not so much on all the other islands that make up the Caribbean.
