Report a translation problem
have you tried verifying your gamefiles yet?
- Select Tropico 6 from your Steam library
- Either right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game's Library page on the far right.
- From the drop down menu, select "Properties..."
- Select the "Local Files" tab and click the "Verify integrity of game files..." button
- Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.)
In case that doesn't solve the issue, please send a message to our support at support@kalypsomedia.com with a description, the crash report you posted above and a DxDiag.txt, so we can investigate!To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
- Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
- Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
- Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
- Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
- Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to support@kalypsomedia.com
