Last time I played (which was admittedly a long time ago), the demands were...kinda nonsensical. And more annoyingly, certain factions would get stuck in loops of making the same nonsense demand over and over (most memorably, as soon as you hit the modern era, the Communists would stop demanding ANYTHING other than the total surveillance law, even if you haven't implemented edicts that would actually improve the faction's opinion or would match with communist beliefs).

I haven't seen or heard of any changes to rebalance demands and make them more sensible. So is there maybe a mod to do that now? Or would doing something like that be easy to mod in?
