Parking Decks Still Broken?
Seen there was a few more updates and DLCs since last time I played, are the parking decks still broken and trap all your people inside or did they finally fix this issue?

Wait, if the answer is no, can I build a taj mahal and create a dystopia where all I do is attract rich people to trap and kill in parking garages to confiscate their stuff?

Seems much of the game is still broken and for a game that's been out over 5 years it's pretty inexcusable.
