Please attach your dxdiag and crashlogs to the email.
To create the DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email
Your crash dump, which can be found in following location and needs to be attached to the email in addition to the “dxdiag.txt”: crash-file:
Windows: %USERPROFILE%/My Documents/My Games/Tropico6/Saved/Crashes
Linux:$XDG_DATA_HOME/Tropico6/Saved/Crashes
Linux (logs): $XDG_DATA_HOME/Tropico6/Saved/Logs
MacOS. $XDG_DATA_HOME/Tropico6/Saved/Crashes
