Tropico 6

bug or design?
No1: When offshore things are damaged beyond the auto repair level, they cannot be repaired. I click to pay for the repair but it never happens. ie Oil Rigs, Offshore wind turbines and Offshore offices. Oh also the statue of Liberty.
No2: Sea Disposal. Once used, its negative influence in relations never degrades. I have run maps for 100 years after using it and the negative effect on relations doesnt degrade over any amount of time? Is this just a "do not use trap"?
No3: Compulsory Vaccination. Once used its effect on the Religious faction never degrades. I thought switching to Theocracy might reset it but no?
No4: Save times. (could be my pc?). I use an old server for my Tropico6 gaming machine, its Dual Xeon v1 2687W so I have 16 cores and 32 threads. There is also 256gb of ddr3 ram. I can run games with 9000+ population but the save times get lazy the higher the population.
No5: Offices. I know they got nerfed to make the game less "Exploitable" but with my late game high population, high education they dont produce what they should . The more I build the less each one makes each month?
No6: Banks....See offices above. Some banking modes specify a cap. Private Banking doesnt yet it still seems to be capped?
Still, with all that I have well over 500 hours in Tropico 6. Looking forward to getting my next DLC.
Any Answers or discussion welcome. TY

Most of this seems to be design.

1: It might be the construction office is busy building other things. They've eventually gotten out to my offshore buildings.
2: Agreed, I never use it as it's not worth the hit.
3: I've read that this stacks and never degrades, but that was before the DLC. I don't use it.
4: 9,000 pop? That's massive. What do you do with them all?
5/6: Yes, the more buildings you have on any one mode the less you make on each. Someone on here did the math but I can't find the thread.
