Dynasty mode/feature as DLC

... would be a nice option to personalize the game with more meta
some did not like the feature in T5, but others did not buy T6 because it does not have it

It would take some SERIOUS work to make. To be honest i got little care for such system. I almost never abused in T5, and i rarely use the president visit in T6 either. That one could be buffed though.
