Trucks/transport ... obtain fuller load
in order to obtain a fuller load .... a truck/transport should wait longer before visiting/picking up goods at a location or trucks/transport should make multiple stops in order to carry a better then 50% load ... far too many trucks/transport carrying less then 50% .... some as low as just a few goods.... thus, wasting the truck/transport time etc.

But that means that the teamster is now standing still at a building. If that building isn't producing, the teamster will be waiting for a long time. Worse, if the building the teamster is waiting at provides resources to another building further down/up the production chain, that building can now no longer produce as well.

thus ... in that situation ... why did it get sent there to begin with? why send a teamster to pickup 50 corn? ... this also gives rise for the reason for needing ability to visit more then one pickup in order to at least obtain a 50% load.

Err, your English is a little off and I didn't read properly. You're not asking for a fuller load (persé) but for teamsters to visit the same destinations less frequently. Which would mean that the average load would increase. That might actually solve a lot of issues.

Edit: apparently persé without the acent on the final e is something bad...)
