If im not mistaken, In one of the previous tropico games (probably in Tropico 3 ) there was an info text at Construction office saying what is currently being built by it's crew.
That was a nice thing and i'd love it to be back to the game, because I like to see what my builders are doing, but its not really cool to track them everytime by panning map.

That would also be very helpfull in other situations, like being able to know:

• What goods are being delivered by teamsters and to where;
  
• What buildings are being constructed\repaired at the moment;
  
• At what stage is the Plantation\farm growing cycle;
  
• Are fishermen currently fishing;
  etc
