This is a litlle suggestion is about excedentary and defficient energy island.

Many time I noticed that my generator produce extra energy but doesn't stock it, like when we start energy production via coal and we produce 300MW but consume only 40, but keep consuming the same rate of coal.

I thought what about battery production ? From what I see there is no gameplay speaking need to create a new ressource, but just some Nickel and/or Iron with some rubber plus extra power as efficiency booster.

Then this battery can be either exported or used in case of lack of power
