Here i would suggest adding a dding two different workmodes. One as it stands today, by having a bus go from point A to B. to add on this, i would sugggest having a Workmode/upgrade passengers aloung the route, can "wave" at the bus , making it stop, and pick up the passenger.

This "wave" function could cost extra for the passenger say two instead of one peso, as a fee because he is slowing the bus down by havimg to stop more.

By having these two functions you can have say one bus going non-stop between town A and B,
while the ones with the "wave" function would go inside the respective towns, giving local transport to the townsfolk.
