Different language setting for audio and interface?

Is it possible to set audio and user interface to different language?

Yes.

The audio language is taken from your steam setting (as it also has to download all the voice files).

The UI language can be set separately in the options menu under section "Gameplay", the property "UI Language" (you have to scroll down a bit).
