another idea to make tourism more engaging
so we have different tourist types and SOME of the entertainment buildings are tagged for different tourist types, but i was thinking how do i make every entertainment option profitable . the answer is pretty straightforward. instead of having a wealth requirement what should be done is to remove the wealth requirement and instead add a system whereby tourist types pay more say 5x more than the stated if they visit an entertainment option that matches their type. for example take the case of the luxury restruant. the stated rate for tourist only is $415 when the eatery is set to sushi mastery. in that mode it explicitly targets for culture tourists. if a Culture tourist visits said eatery he will pay 5x the stated price or about $2K. to put that in perspective the max rate for any single attraction is the yacht club clocking in at a max budget tourist fee of $2.4K if any other non culture tourist type visits that eatery he or she will pay the stated rate. as well if a tourist visits an entertainment option that matches his type he will get 2x the entertainment value added to his final score and that number will be the stated number. in my example again the base service quality for a luxury restruant is 145 in my system the stated service quality will be 300 if a culture tourist visits that eatery then he or she would get = 300 satisfaction for all others it would just be 145 . in this way we can use the entertainment options already present and make bank by targeting specific tourist types
