I'd like to see an expansion about Sports of Tropico, since these governments tend to put a lot of emphasis on them both as a point of national pride and as a way of entertaining both people and the world around Tropico.

As for what it would entail; Tropican leagues in about 8 different sports, with a factional preference for each one of them. League would work that every building relevant to the sport has a team attached to it and how the team fares, would affect the happiness of it's fans. If the team does well outside of Tropico, it increases happiness of everybody.

Football would be the most popular sport and preferred by Communists. They should also get a regular football pitch as a cheaper version of the Stadium. It would also involve competitions on a global stage, with the World Cup being the ultimate prize for all Tropicans.

Baseball would be the other major one early on, preferred by Capitalists. They get their own arenas, which would be smaller but at the same time they're unlikely to get Tropicans as excited as they'd get about football so their arenas would have a slightly lower fun rating.

Gyms would be the preferred venue of the Militarists, where the main sport would be Athletics. Focus on this sport would be on individual Tropicans over teams, compared to the other sports on the World Wars. These venues would be fairly small and they don't get much fun out of it, but visiting gyms would def give people some healthcare need coverage to them.

Basketball would be the preferred sport of the Religious, mainly as a result of how it spread and I suspect that YMCA would be the one who'd spread it to Tropico. They would require their own courts which would be quite easy to fit into narrow spots in urban areas, but they also can't have as many people present.

Racing is the sport of the Industrialist and they too, take a more individualist approach to it. Their preferred venue is an oval that they race cars on. While it would get a lot of people very entertained, it would require both cars and oil to be supplied to it. It also would require the athletes to be rich in the first place.

Cycling would be the sport of the Tropican environmentalist, due to it not requiring a beast of burden besides a man and his bicycle. This would also allow for people who are at least well-off to use a faster mode of transportation that wouldn't require a garage to operate. It too, is an individual sport. As for the Bicycle as an item, it would just require a factory that exchanges aluminium/steel and rubber for Bicycles.

Conservatives would be into every sport, but above all into Professional Wrestling. After all, they want beautiful stories to be told so they want to see some Lucha Libre where good men triumph over evil. They would have their own wrestling stables which would be private gyms for professional wrestlers. It would have the highest potential for Fun out of all these sports but those who don't accept the kayfabe of it all would not find it enjoyable.

As for Intellectuals, they're into Chess. It would require spectators to be at the very least High School educated and participants would be college-educated but it would be quite entertaining for those observing it. The amount of chess-teams would be determined by how many schools Tropico has.

For venues, Stadiums would be able to host every sport. Sports like Chess can be held in pretty much any semi-quiet entertainment venue, while Cycling would just require there to be a bicycle shop supplied with bicycles. Racing would require an actual track or a car club. For more multifunctional venues, a small indoor arena would be nice, but it would only be able to hold Basketball, Chess, Wrestling, Athletics and Football inside it.
