this idea pertains mostly to the Broadcast tower

so the workmodes here are really interesting and the first two have really interesting scaling effects ( the trade fair has a scaling price deviation and the startup fair has the same deviation but in regards to the amount of knowledge that gets converted). my issue is that it takes a whopping 1700 visitors to max the scaling for these two WMs. for the sake of persons who cant handle more than 1K tropicans ( in order for me to max it out i had ~1K tourists and 800 or so tropicans ) please add in an option in the settings menu that reduces the scaling for islands with less people ( in other words i want to see an option that places a reduction on the amount of visitors required to fully max out the scaling eg if it takes ~ 1700 guests in the current build give me an option to reduce that to something like 700 or so ) some people cant handle building big behemoths of cities to take full advantage of some of these WMs and while my machine CAN it even struggles when handling 1K tourists ( yes that is how much i had at one time ) and 1100 tropicans not to mention the added particle effects of the firework displays.
