Upscale Apartments/Penthouses for Rich Citizens in Modern Era?
How about either a building like the modern apartment solely for rich people, or an upgrade to the modern apartment buildings that already exist that adds penthouse(s) to the top floors of them for rich/filthy rich citizens?

Right now the only rich housing is mansions. But if you want a more urbanized Tropico then it throws off the whole look?

Cool thats completley useless for an actual minmax build, you can easily get Tenements to 100 Housing Quality making them cost even more anyway.

Not everybody plays the min/max game, friend. Adding it won't hurt your playstyle if that's how you play, but don't dunk on it just because you find it "useless" when others might play differently from you.
