simple enough idea there are a lot of entertainment buildings available and yet even in tourist mode no one will ever visit them why. service quality is poor and that is even taking into consideration the fact that some buildings like the humble tavern have a modifier that should make it more appealing to culture tourists. how then to make even old buildings competitive with new entertainment options ? have a service quality modifier that is applied when tourist mode is enabled. for example in T5 when a building was set to Tourist only any building that was set to "Tourist only" had an additional +20% service quality added onto whatever the base service quality was. do the same for the entertainment options here in other words when user sets a building to "Tourist only" do the following modify the price by x amount i think x is 6x whatever the base price is then add +x service quality where x is the service quality to be added i think a good starting point is +25 in this way it Helps the older buildings compete with the newer ones.
