currently, if you wanted to make a tourist based economy that can scale quite high, then you would make an all rich area. this is because the basic mode for the airport is for rich people. in order to make an ultra rich tourist economy that can get to several hundred persons on average here is my idea.

Model statistics: the model is about 1.5x longer than the standard runway, this is because these types of planes (think Airbus ) need longer to get off the ground. this building while not unique costs 50K to build with workers who require college education (5 workers with college education) with wages and upkeep making them rich on base maintence. the advantage of this building compared to the normal airport is that double decker planes carry 2x the capacity of normal planes, and the folks coming out of here are all filthy rich. in lux airline mode it takes 3 airports to match the capacity of that one airport running in normal mode. therfore the advantage of this building is that it can take over the capacity of 3 regular airports and have less of a footprint.
