At max efficiency, a Dock can receive only 3 freighters with 1000 of any good per ship.

Multiple Docks do not increase that amount.

Creating an export economy based on imports and industry (such as into resource-poor islands) is basically impossible.

That limit severely restricts how a Dock can be used and creates a meta where only high-priced goods are profitable.

Please change that.
