Dock table accessibility

It would be very helpful if the dock table could remain on screen, while the trading screen is displayed.
I currently use a tablet to snap a photo of the Dock table, to use while accessing the Trading screen.
Also, why isn't the Dock table arranged alphabetically?

I agree.

Or perhaps show the goods you have an active trade route for in a different color at the dock table, to get additional information when hovering the cursor over it (e.g. "Cigars: 1.193/3.000", or "Cigars: need 1.807 more to fulfill")
