a tropico game needs a militar DLC

the combat is fine but buildings are not, should be a base or "Cuartel" "housing" building like T4 with some level of food and helthcare. Also restrict fort and w<ardtower for colonial era.

Get generals no as in t4, you assing the trait, after survive a battle every soldeir get a counter and get 0.25% combat boost upt to 15 (a unit get bonus from every soldier. you need to give medals (if they dont have 1 medal for every 4 battle get desloyal), then been general needs to be atached to a militar unit (like t5 administrator), if not they get disloyal.

only militaristic faction memeber join the army ecexpt with a edict "constription", but you know that reduce liberty and tie down the quality. Mybe similar way only religius can work in religius buildings (its a interesting idea to break the simetry in factions)

Also add swat and secret police, protest in T6 should be changed adding some alternatives to deal also add strikes, get back average salary and when workers earns half of it get a strike to deal with. union trades could be a another internal treat!!!!
