The broker needs his own building. This would be available in Cold War and would allow the following:
- Preview or steer upcoming Broker offers, similar to how the Trade Institute Works
- Use Swiss Bank funds to perform person actions (Bribe, Kill, Arrest, etc) silently (no courthouse needed)
- Show and use the Convincing Talk, Stage A Distraction and Pull The Strings actions from one screen (I never remember where to find the button to use the strings actions).
- Add a few additional Broker Option slots. These slots could be selected like trade offers, and stay until purchased or cancelled. This could allow us to save for a particular blueprint without waiting for it to reappear in the offers screen.
