So maybe one of the devs could explain this to me, but I don't see the point of posts at the ministry becoming vacant only to have me go in and appoint somebody doing the exact some role as the person who was in that position previously? Just have them stay there until I decide if/when to change around who is in the post. Otherwise it's just pointless clicks that distract from what I'd rather be focused on.
