What if pandemic era is added to the game in tropico's perspective? how about a mission only era for pandemic era. how can el presidente and penultimo handle the crisis?

Mission is about handling the pandemic and discovering the truth, then develope a vaccine to end it while being bugged by china and USA superpowers. I am pretty sure if this will be interesting addition.
