Some Ideas for Tropico 7?

Something i'd love to see is the ability for us to choose different regions for our Island to be in, each with different benefits and downsides, I.e Being in the Caribbean could allow for more trade options with America and imports from South American countries, but you are at more risk of American Invasion during certain Eras like the Cold war.
(Other Regions could be in the Pacific, Mediterranean etc..)

Another thing i'd love to see return are the Dynasties, albeit i think it could be cool that our Presidente can Age and Die, Meaning you have to actually plan in the future for your Offspring, There could also be a mechanic where you can see a Family tree, The Reign of each Presidente, what they were known for, did they have a Nickname such as "Tyrant" etc..
(Who knows, maybe you can even make a Personality cult or a sort of Religious Movement based on your Dynasty)

Political Parties could also be improved, Allowing you to create a party, name it and have specific Social Policies that could pull people away from factions like the Communists etc.., Basically, they'd be like the Loyalists in the previous games.

Finally, i'd love to see more Customisation, specifically in regards to Buildings and the environment as Eras change, Houses could perhaps evolve in terms of Architecture, Military facilities built in the World wars may evolve and look different in the Modern Era, Presidente could even issue edicts, Locking certain buildings to specific styles (For those who want to build cities that look like the 1920's or that one guy who still has the colonial itch)
I also hope to see way for customisation features for Presidente, especially if the Dynasty feature is re-introduced.
