so given that we can have filthy rich tourists coming in on the jet plane my idea is to have a designation for tourist departures.

in other words have a toggelable function set to the airport which states that toggling this mode on disables filthy rich tourists departing on the jet. we need trhis because if we want to try and farm up ratings then we want all our tourists departing on the yacht club not from the jet. having this toggleable function will help us in micromanaging our tourist area that much better.

note that this mode would be disabled in the well off jet mode and the economy jet mode (rich ) jet mode and only usable if the jet mode is set to lux airline.
