Hi there, I have a few bugs to report:

- Research Lab, Invest Knowledge work mode raises efficiency of each office by 0.1%, rather than by 10%, as presumably intended (decimal points) - confirmed by both the text of the work mode description and by checking office efficiency modifiers (Research Lab raises efficiency of Office by 0%).

- Luxury Hotel, Permanent Exhibition work mode doesn't do anything at all that I can see - no efficiency modifier appears to apply to the Museums of Modern Art (not even 0.1%, though that's what the work mode description seems to suggest again). Also, and this may be idiosyncratic, but I cannot get anyone to stay in my Luxury Hotels during the baseball scenario - they worked just fine in the tourism scenario though.

- Fire Station, Building Inspections work mode does not appear to lower upkeep of buildings by 10%. As an example, Hydroponic Plantation at med. budget, 100% efficiency, with no upgrades goes from $63 to $61 budget when enabling Building Inspections.

- The Fish Farm you start with in the chocolate scenario does not work. It never hires anyone, and if you do so manually, they will produce their whatever 5000 units of fish, but no teamsters will ever pick the fish up (and no locals come and eat them, if local consumption is on). This appears to be an issue with the map region itself, as when I build a teamster right next to the fish farm, it also does not hire anyone, and if hired manually, the teamsters never leave the office when they are at work - no trucks exit the building and/or pick anything up. Tested this on three separate new games, having restarted the console entirely between all of them.

- The ancient ruins' road connection never connects - the arrow stays red no matter what (though this does not prevent the ruins from working properly, so obviously low priority).

- SPOILERS: This isn't a bug so much as an oversight, I think: in the baseball scenario, if you happen to be in the middle of the USA alliance task when you thieve their tourists and send them off to the asylum, they will follow through with the alliance despite being at 20% approval, and you will be required to complete a seemingly endless series of ultimatums so as not to have the alliance broken. The alliance quest should probably just automatically fail if in process when the blockade starts.

I am also having a heck of a time with frame rates dropping to zero for around a half-second to maybe 3 seconds at worst. When the game is running on fast (4x) and/or when I have a lot of buildings this becomes particularly egregious - multiple times per minute, to the point that it is often difficult to move the cursor around and select things. Not sure if this is a universal console issue, or something with my disk/install?

Finally, it seems that my approval rating (i.e., how many people vote for me) is utterly disconnected from people's happiness, and depends instead entirely on faction/party approval (which is not how prior games worked, unless I am completely mis-remembering). Is this on purpose? Not complaining, just asking!

One more - when you click on a damaged building to repair it, you have to r1 or l1 over to another tab, then back to the repair screen before it will let you move the selection highlight down to "repair".
