^This. Mods for Disgaea have never been a thing. It doesn't need them.
Disgaea 1 PC haves mods right now
all be it small ones
clam your tits the game been out less then 24 hours
Sorry for having played the game on its last two platforms and wanting to make it into something more. Take a chill pill. Essentially it's been out for more than a decade.
like mods are not pulled out of asses they will take some time
Well no ♥♥♥♥ they're not going to be out for a game that does not even have modding capabilities yet. I'm asking for those who want to get started making.
Check my profile, I've got a lot of workshop items; trust me, no one is going to want to ♥♥♥♥ out a mod in <24 hours. It's not like modders typically get paid for non-commissioned mods. Especially for unofficial mods.

Im not too sure if i will have patience to recheck all tables though...
I'm sure if you post stuff about a mod on here people will get interested even if the devs aren't actively supporting modding, (pretty sure that's what happened with mods in Disgaea 1 on steam).
My favorite game for ages but would really be nice to customize here and there.
Things like color schemes, custom items / classes / maps, maybe modded functionality even (if it's at all possible to pull that off, similar to Dark Sun thingie).
I do imagine the game structure / code is very rigid, so it's probably far from the easiest thing to properly mod (like some stuff being memory limited or such) but surely it's not impossible to pull some kind of magic off, such as cosmetic changes or even barebones rebalance.
Personally, I really like the idea of casual challenge runs, and I'd be happy to see some kind of a mod that puts new restrictions or alters how some things operate, such as making consumables more viable by (for example) nerfing healing magic in some way or allowing alternative way for non-magic users to learn / use magic through modified items / equipment such as scrolls.
Etc..
This isn't about the meta of the game, just about dumb roleplaying casual fun.
