Level of the DLC characters, and which has best magic based skill?
So I noticed the levels change depending on your level, which is nice, but I'm curious do they max out? Do they stop at say 100 or 1000, or if you do them at let say. 9999 will the DLC characters also be 9999? I tested this so far with a level 1 and 74 Addell. 1 got level 2's, and 74 got 65's. Any information would be appreciated.

Second question, does anyone know which DLC character has the strongest magical based attack? I'm near the end of the story, with the 2 immune bosses and the physical immune one doesn't take even partial damage from my elemental/physical attacks Adell's Fire and the Star (Proximal Shot) by Rozalin. I played using only Adell/Rozalin so I just want a quick character to slap the boss and move on.

The levels change based on what chapter you are on, not your current level.

The max level for them is 100 I believe.

Google "Disgaea 2 DLC Characters" and go through their classes, it lists %

I don't know if it'll work, but Rozalin's Rose Liberation (lv 50 innate skill) uses RES in its formula, so it might count as a magical attack so you can take out the physical immune dude. If not, try your bet on Pram or Marona, I guess.

Thanks I will try that, also Pram does have the highest INT/RES of all the DLC characters, and her 3 skills are all INT based Ice attacks, but I will try Rozy 1 more time.

Do the characters obtained scaling also based on the chapter? They brought in with unique equipments right? Like Sapphire's heart shaped axe or Laharl-chan fist 'Overlord'? They seemed to be on the similar level so do the equipments fixed at that level or they scale?
