Zombie Lover
I saw on Disgaea Fandom that Zombie Lover gives 1.25% stat boost instead of usual 1%.

What stat boost is it talking about?

On top of enhancing the special ability of a particular class/unique, lovers also boost their stats by 1% per unit (sometimes more depending on the class). So a full stack of 25 lovers will usually give +25% stats.

Are you saying that my zombie with 20 zombie lovers has +25% stats (normally +20%) compared to if he had 0 zombie lovers?

Does it only work for Zombies, or can I give them to Adell to get +25% stats?

Lovers are character/class specific, so no, you won't get any bonuses if you equip Adell with a Zombie Lover (or any other that isn't Adell Lover).
