Even Leveling
Perhaps I haven't been looking well enough but I can't seem to find a mod or cheat of any kind to split xp evenly among party members. Does such a thing exist? Please help I just want my chars to share xp evenly so I don't have to worry about who gets the kills in any given mission, thank you!

Use Team Attacks and Tower Attacks. The exp is shared between all participants when an enemy is killed using those. It's a great way to train low level units and make them catch up in levels.

For me it is way easier to use the magichange for lvling 3 characters at once in the LoC.
