Not found Prinny Baal Pirate
Do I have to kill Baal pirate before I can find Prinny Baal Pirate ?
I already killed Baal and Prinny Baal in normal dimension and Prinny Baal in LOC.

If you've already killed Baal and Prinny Baal in normal dimension and Prinny Baal in LOC, you can find the Prinny Baal Pirate randomly on floor 91~99 of a R40 item in the Land of Carnage. You don't need to kill the Baal Pirates to encounter him. Don't confuse him with a regular Prinny Pirate.
