Best item rank/floor for mana potion shop?
So because I'm certifiably insane, I'm getting 100% item collection. I just hit 99%, theres only 19 items left to get and the end is in sight, but one of the items I'm missing is a legendary mana potion II which can only be bought from a mana potion shop.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if a particular item rank or floor shop has a higher chance of the shop spawning? I noticed when going through a couple lower rank legendary items to get the legendary of the next rank up seemed to have less mana shops than rank 39 and 40 items so I'm not sure if I was just unlucky or they really do spawn more on higher ranked items. Also not sure if I should just reset on the first floor over and over to get it or if anyone knows a range with more frequent spawns. I cant find mystery gate distributions through my google-fu so any info would be much appreciated

Mana Potion II is rank 15, so try to dive in items of similar rank.

Doesn't seem to help. One of the items that made me think there was different distributions was a sorcery rod, a rank 13 item. The other I can't remember off the top of my head was I think a rank 23 or 24 item. Both seemed to have less mana shop instances than the rank 39 and 40 items. As stated though I might've just been unlucky since i've only done those 2 lower rank items so far, I just wanted a bit more confirmation.

Well, still can't say how the mystery rooms are distributed, but I did find a couple mana potion shops and got a legendary mana potion II while going through a legendary twin blaster which is just a rank 10 so it seems I was just unlucky in the other ones or got really lucky in this one. My guess is that item rank has no effect on spawn rate of the different mystery rooms. Can't definitely say the same about floors though since i've not paid enough attention previously to have an idea of what floors I tended to get the room on.
