Unable to play only works Enter and Esc when I enter the game

someone already goes through this problem and knows how to solve it when I enter the game I can't use the keys to select new game or load in the game it just just works Enter and Esc is my keyboard working perfectly

Try using WASD/IJKL/QEUO?

exactly that I use but do not take any commands, now in other games ta taking the keys normally

Use the mouse to change your keybinds in the settings?

no I was playing normally the next day I just don't take it anymore I play on the notebook

Hello mister. i've the same issue, here's how i solved it. first, Unistall the game. Then change the launguage to japanese if you have it in english and vice versa. install the game again and it should work
